You must book an initial consultation before you can book a 30-60 minute appointment. 

You will need to book the first session; then, you will get consent forms, a 7-day food log form, and an initial consult form sent to you through your HIPAA-compliant Healthie portal. 

All communication and documentation are through the Healthie app or website, which includes chart notes, food logs, handouts, and more.
