OAT PANCAKE RECIPE

[Oat pancakes]

VEGAN, GLUTEN FREE

Ingredients


[GF Oats] | [2/3C]

[banana] | [1/2 small]

[Plant Milk] | [1/3C]

[Maple syrup] | [2TBSP]

[Filling *OPTIONAL] 

[Fruit, nuts, cinnamon, chia seeds, cacoa nibs]


[Topping *OPTIONAL] 

[Nut butter, mashed fruit, flax meal, hemp hearts, goji berries]

Materials Needed


· High speed blender

· Spatula 

· Griddle or non-stick pan

· Hungry stomach

NOTE!

· I do not use exact measurements; my recipes are made for you to experiment with. You are a bio-individual, mutable signs will probably be driven crazy by lack of precise measurement. It’s a cook thing, sorry not sorry. Not once have I ever made a recipe exactly how it says. Call me a rebel or mad genius, whatever.


Directions

· Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender


· Blend until smooth, or the consistency you want


· Allow your batter to set for a few minutes to thicken


· Check the consistency and add more oats, 

remaining banana or milk SMALL AMOUNTS


· Once you’re satisfied, get the spatula and fold in your filling


· Heat the griddle or stove top on medium high


· Pour batter onto griddle or pan, if you are worried about them

 sticking add a bit of coconut oil to the surface before pouring


· Let each side get brown (approx. 2-4 min on each side 

depending on your temperature and cooking method)


· Throw those babies on a plate and make photo worthy!


· Thank yourself for allowing time to nourish your body
