oat cups recipe

Berry oatmeal cups! 

Super simple & flexible for flavours! 


  • 375F @20minutes 
  • PREP: 5-10 MINUTES
  • YIELD: 16 oatmeal cups 


INGREDIENTS


  • ☀️4 cups rolled oats (I blend certified GF oats to a flour)
  • ☀️2 teaspoons  cinnamon 
  • ☀️dash salt 
  • ☀️2 1/3C plant-based milk 
  • ☀️1/4C coconut sugar 
  • ☀️1/4C maple syrup 
  • ☀️2tsp vanilla extract 

-------------------------------------------------------------------

  • Heat oven to 350F
  • Mix all together with a spatula & add fruit or nuts! 


  • mix berries together in a bowl & smash with a fork for a fruit layer like above 


  • OPTIONAL: sprinkle some sugar on top before baking for streusel effect 


  • These are blueberry 🥰 you can pick your flavour like mixed berry, apple cinnamon, orange zest or berries with chia seeds and or crushed nuts of your choice! It’s really simple to make them the flavour you want. I find that 20-22 is the best time for these treats!

Why not flour?

Oats are whole grains, which make a good morning muffin substitute.
