Basil avocado dip

BASIL AVOCADO DIP

FRESH FOR 3 DAYS

INGREDIENTS 

  1. 1 ripe avocado
  2. 1 cup fresh basil
  3. 1/2 cup fresh cilantro
  4. 1/2 cup fresh parsley
  5. 1/4 cup tahini or soaked cashews
  6. 1-2 cloves garlic, minced
  7. Fresh lime juice
  8. 1/4 cup veggie broth
  9. 1/2 jalapeno, optional
  10. nutritional yeast, optional 
  11. Dash of pepper and Himalayan salt


PAIRS GREAT WITH CHIPS AND FRESH VEGGIES! 

USE IT ON TOAST, IN BOWLS, AND AS A SIDE! 




INSTRUCTIONS

NOTE: I find if you are using a manual food processor, mincing in best to do so first.

Throw all of the ingredients and process or blend until you get to the consistency you prefer. Like most of my ingredients, this allows you to have fun with ingredients and get you to try new flavours! Let me know what you did to this recipe to make it your own!
